They have a policy that doesn’t allow cancellations, which you can find in their terms on the website (check section 12). We unfortunately discovered this too late, and when we tried to return or get a refund, we were hit with a restocking fee that kicks off at 25% of the product's price and goes up if the item has been used.

This kind of policy is pretty rare, and honestly, there are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service and more flexible return options. So, we’ll definitely steer clear of iCubes Tech Ltd moving forward.
